Ever see those rustic gifts made out of an old Ball canning jar filled with LAYERED dry ingredients for chocolate chip cookies?
Well I have one of those antique glass canning jars ( 35 oz?) that I would like to give someone as a gift filled with the dry ingredients for easy chocolate chip cookies. I intend to print the recipe on a label attached to the jar. Does anyone know the right proportions of a recipe to fit the jar? My recipe calls for 2 cups flour, and that leaves no room for any other layers.
